‘Here Be Dragons’

Rob Flowers spends most of his time either illustrating or searching for junk to add to his growing collection of assorted miscellany. His work has been described as "trippy... as if you took a whole load of acid, ate too much candyfloss and went on the waltzers."

"The sustainability and the environmental concerns of the typeface were what struck me most strongly when I was initially asked to take part in the project. Natural elements feature strongly in my work so using trees, plants and foliage in my piece seemed to make perfect sense. I wanted to create a piece that you could lose yourself in, pulling out little details and characters the more you look at it."
